Dear Team,
My name is Saiprasad, and I have been a loyal user of Parimatch for the past two years. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding three unresolved issues related to my account transactions with Parimatch. Despite numerous attempts to seek help from their customer support, my issues remain unresolved. I am now compelled to report these issues publicly to seek redress.
Issue 1: Uncredited Deposit
On 02/06/2024, I deposited INR 10,000 at 2:09 PM. As of today, 11/06/2024, this amount has not been credited to either my Parimatch account or my bank account. Despite being assured by Parimatch’s support team that the transaction was successful, the funds are nowhere to be found. This is unacceptable and needs urgent rectification.
Issue 2: Delayed Withdrawal of INR 4,100
On 10/06/2024, I initiated a withdrawal of INR 4,100. More than 24 hours have passed, yet the amount has not been credited to my bank account. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and financial distress.
Issue 3: Delayed Withdrawal of INR 2,000
On 11/06/2024, I initiated another withdrawal of INR 2,000. Similar to the previous issue, this amount has also not been credited to my bank account despite the transaction status showing as successful.
Customer Support Issues
Parimatch’s customer support has repeatedly asked me to provide a screenshot and bank statement as proof. Despite providing these documents, they continue to close the chat box without resolving my issues. This lack of proper support and communication is highly frustrating and unprofessional.
Request for Immediate Resolution
I urge Parimatch to take a serious look at these three issues. I demand an immediate investigation and resolution. Failure to resolve these matters promptly will leave me with no choice but to take further action against Parimatch for the loss and inconvenience caused.
I expect a prompt and effective resolution to all three issues. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for when I can expect my funds to be credited.
