Dear NutLoan Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a loan credit that was applied to my account without my request. I did not applied for any loan with your company, and I did not authorize this transaction.
Despite multiple attempts to reach your customer care team, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I kindly request that you reverse the credit immediately, as I am not interested in any loan from NutLoan.
I am particularly concerned about the potential impact this situation may have on my credit risk. Please confirm the reversal of the funds at your earliest convenience.
