I am writing to inform you that a loan account has been incorrectly linked to my PAN card, even though I have never applied for or taken any loan from TATLOAN
Upon checking my credit report, I noticed the following loan details associated with my PAN:
Member Name: TATLOAN
Account Type: Two-wheeler Loan
Account Number: 3861180
Sanctioned Amount: ₹47,723
Current Balance: ₹18,623
Amount Overdue: ₹84,303
EMI Amount: ₹1,754
Repayment Tenure: 44 months
I would like to clearly state that this loan does not belong to me and I have not authorized anyone to use my PAN for this purpose. This appears to be a case of incorrect PAN linkage or possible misuse of my identity.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to:
1. Verify the KYC details associated with this loan.
2. Remove my PAN from the said loan account immediately.
3. Correct the information reported to the credit bureaus.
4. Provide me with a written confirmation once the correction has been made.
For your reference, I am attaching a screenshot of the loan details from my credit report.
I request your prompt assistance in resolving this issue as it is affecting my credit history.
