This is for your attention that a booking under my name was canceled without my consent or knowledge.
Booking Details:
Traveller Detail – Mr. Sidhant Keshwani + 3
Registered Number – +91 99999 90772 and Alternative number +91 98188 48366
I did not initiate any cancellation request for the aforementioned booking, and I am puzzled as to how this action took place without my consent. Booking confirmation is also not getting reflected in Qualia hence for us this is non confirmed.why this booking was canceled without my authorization. I have attached proof of the original booking confirmation, along with any relevant details that may assist in resolving this matter promptly.Kindly initiate refund procedure and provide me with an estimated time frame for receiving the money back into my account.
