I hope this message reaches someone who can genuinely address my concerns. I am writing with immense frustration and helplessness regarding the service outage of both Internet and TV services provided by JIO.
This outage has severely impacted our work-from-home setup, causing significant disruptions to both my spouse’s and my professional commitments. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including a technician’s visit to my premises, the problem persists. This raises serious questions about the competency of your technical team.
The irony of the situation is that even after a technician visited my place, the issue could not be identified or resolved. My family has been without essential services for the past two days, an experience we never anticipated, except perhaps in the case of natural calamities.
I have reached out to various teams, including those involved in sales and technical support, but none have been able to provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, all I have received are empty assurances and luring tactics. It is disheartening to see that the team that initially impressed me with the speed and range of services has failed so miserably in providing basic connectivity.
What is even more frustrating is that I had disconnected my existing TV connection due to Jio TV service. Now, in the absence of internet and TV services, we find ourselves in a situation where we are unable to enjoy these essential services, causing further frustration.
This entire experience has made me seriously reconsider recommending JioAirFiber to anyone in my network. I am eagerly awaiting the end of my one-year subscription, as the current state of service has left me with no confidence in the reliability and support provided by JIO.
I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take immediate steps to resolve the service outage. Your prompt action is crucial in restoring my faith in JIO’s services.
