I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a serious issue regarding my Jio Fiber service and Jin air fibre. Despite making an advance payment, I have not received any service yet. I have attempted to contact your team multiple times through the numbers 7087234477 and 7740097539, as they came to book it. but my calls and queries have gone unanswered. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from the representatives I managed to speak with.
This lack of service and response is unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve this issue and provide the service for which I have paid in advance, refund my money back.
Please acknowledge this email and address my concern as soon as possible.
