I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sumit, and I have been a user of 4rabet for the past few months. However, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with my account.
Recently, my 4rabet account has been blocked due to alleged verification failures. I would like to clarify that I have completed all the necessary verification processes as required, including providing my phone number, email address, and completing the KYC process, which has been successfully verified.
The reason provided for the account blockage was a supposed existence of multiple accounts and bonus-related issues. I would like to state that I have only ever had a single account with 4rabet.
