Dear Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding my recent attempt to get a Jio AirFiber internet connection.
On 3rd April 2025, I paid for a new Jio Fiber connection through one of the jio representatives. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, no installation has been done to date. Recently, I was informed by jio technical team that a connection cannot be provided at my location due to unavailability of free ports. But In my apartment other flat members are using the Air fiber connection.
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, as I have already made the payment and was assured of a quick installation. It now appears that I have been misled, and I fear I may have been a victim of fraud by the individual who collected the payment.
I kindly request that Jio Fiber either:
Immediately provide the internet connection as promised, or
Process a full refund of the amount I paid on 3rd April 2025.
Please treat this as urgent and let me know the next steps to resolve this matter at the earliest. I am also prepared to escalate this issue to higher authorities and lodge a formal complaint if necessary.
With checking the technical feasibility how did the fiber team member take money and activated the sim ?

So many times, email on customer care but no responses, after one month receive a call l from.
Customer care and they informed we will correct your billing period and amount.
Advance as per Plan : –
Advance Deposit as per Plan 599 = 2221.46
3-month Plan Fees for (599+GST) = (2120.46)
(Mar-Apr-May)
Extra Advance Deposit = 101
But May month my bill Due is Rs. 807.79/- and June month my bill due is Rs.336.57
JIO Team not able to explain how they deduct the amount on plan base.
It’s such harassment for me, today almost two-month past and my query does not resolve.
