Subject: Urgent: Request for Refund for Wrong and Damaged Product Delivered

Dear Elira Denim Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order placed on your website. I had ordered 3 pairs of jeans for ₹1500, as per your offer. However, upon receiving my package today, I was extremely disappointed to find that:
1. Only 1 pair of jeans was delivered instead of 3.

2. The jeans I received was damaged/old and torn.

I had already made the full payment of ₹1500 to the delivery person at the time of receiving the package. Fortunately, I always record an unboxing video as proof, and in this case as well, I have the complete video evidence showing the wrong and damaged product delivered.
The delivery boy also informed me that since I paid online and I have proof, I should receive my refund. Therefore, I kindly request you to initiate a full refund of ₹1500 at the earliest.
Please let me know the process and timeline for the refund. I am attaching the unboxing video and order details for your reference.
