Dear Jio Air Fibre Support Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the internet speed I am receiving on my 300 Mbps plan. When I initially requested Jio Fibre, I was informed that Jio Air Fibre would provide better speed compared to Jio Fibre. However, despite subscribing to the 300 Mbps plan, I am consistently receiving speeds of only 60-70 Mbps, which is far below the promised performance.
In addition to the speed issue, I have been facing a lack of response from everyone involved in this process—starting from the person who placed the order, to the technician who installed the service. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but none of them have responded. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable.
Given the ongoing issues, I no longer wish to continue with this plan. I request that you cancel my subscription, refund my money, and have the installation removed from my premises. This level of service, coupled with the lack of communication, has made it clear that I am not receiving the value I was promised.
Please escalate this matter to a higher authority, such as the regional head, and treat it with the utmost urgency. I expect my refund to be processed promptly and the installation to be reversed.
I look forward to your immediate action and resolution.
