Text of Complaint by Himanshu Shrivastava:

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Himanshu Shrivastava, the owner of an Ampere Magnus electric scooter purchased in March 2022. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the battery replacement process under warranty.

On 30th July 2025, I submitted the faulty battery (SO No.5421905) to **Yogesh Enterprises, Gwalior**, for warranty servicing. The battery was forwarded to the Head Office by the dealer. Upon follow-up, I was informed that the replacement battery received from HO was found to be dead, and I was advised that it would take an additional 25 days to receive a functional replacement.

As of today, 45 days have passed and I am still relying on a standby battery that provides only 45 km per charge, which is severely impacting my daily commute and routine.

I humbly request that a **functional replacement battery** be provided **within the next 3 days** to avoid further inconvenience. This delay has caused significant hardship, and I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. Attached is the Battery deposit slip for your reference.
