I am reaching out regarding my Loan no. SESC230886195839, where Stashfin has been unresponsive to multiple requests for waiving overdue charges. The executives have been uncooperative and rude, negatively impacting my experience as a customer.
Despite clearing the entire loan with interest, Stashfin is unwilling to waive overdue charges, which is affecting my CIBIL Score. Many third-party apps are customer-friendly and provide benefits for late payments, unlike Stashfin unprofessional approach.
I kindly request your support in taking appropriate action against this issue. I have attached relevant email communications for your reference.

I am writing to follow up on my previous communication regarding the penalty and interest charges associated with my account.
As mentioned earlier, I have already settled the principal amount, and I kindly request the immediate removal of the accrued penalty and interest charges. I believe that resolving this matter promptly is in the best interest of both parties.
In the absence of a resolution, I regret to inform you that I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the Consumer Court for further intervention.
