I am writing to formally report a serious issue of harassment that I have been facing. Over the past one month, I have been subjected to persistent and unwelcome behavior by a person who mentioned his name as John Jacob from Creditt. This individual has taken extreme actions, including sending unsolicited and potentially harmful messages to my personal contacts.These actions are not only causing me significant distress but are also negatively impacting the people in my life who have no involvement in this situation. The content of these messages has been inappropriate, and the sheer volume of communication is overwhelming.
complain about persistent harassment by Creditt+ [ NBFC – SAMPATI SECURITIES LTD ] for a loan payment that has been pending for one month. I tried to complain from the reserve bank portal and I found that this entity is not registered as an NBFC. I have paid them religiously from past 2 years and I have only one-month due due to some unfortunate emergencies and circumstances at home.Despite my communication and efforts to address the situation, I have been subjected to continuous and aggressive calls, messages, and whatsapp notifications to my family members and other contacts. This behavior has caused significant distress to me, Family and disruption to my daily life.
