Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the refund issue I have been facing with my recent order on Flipkart. My Order ID is OD329382142632766000, and I placed this order for a digital gift card on October 11, 2023, with a total price of ₹2010, after applying a 70 Super coins and the UPI offer RS 39/-. I made a payment of ₹1901 via Paytm UPI, and the transaction was confirmed as successful on their platform.

However, I was surprised to learn that Flipkart claimed not to have received any money from my side and declared the transaction as failed. According to the information provided by your customer service representatives, my money was supposed to be refunded within 8 business working days. Unfortunately, the stated time frame has passed, and I have not received my refund.

My frustration has been further aggravated by the lack of a proper solution provided by your customer service team. I have recorded my interactions with your customer service representatives, which clearly show contradictory information provided. Initially, I was informed that my order was successfully completed, and later, I was told that some customers had their calls abruptly disconnected. Some representatives even gave incorrect information regarding the status of my order.

I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can help me resolve this matter promptly and provide me with the refund I am entitled to. It is disappointing to have to resort to social media, but I am prepared to share the recordings of my interactions with Flipkart’s customer service team and the details of this issue on various social media platforms, tagging Flipkart, to ensure that my concern is addressed.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently, verify the transaction status, and facilitate the refund of ₹1901 to my account as soon as possible. I believe in Flipkart’s commitment to customer satisfaction and hope that my issue can be resolved without further delay.
