Text of Complaint by AKASHBHAI SOLANKI:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report that I made a UPI payment of ₹2,000 on 01 April 2025 at 11:21 PM, which was intended as a deposit to the 91 Club app. However, the amount has neither been credited to my 91 Club account nor refunded to my bank account.

Here are the transaction details:

• Sender Name: Akash Ranchhodbhai Solanki
• Sender UPI ID: 6354045611@ptsbi
• Bank Name: Bank of Baroda (A/C ending with 8296)
• Receiver Name: Hasmitaben Mukeshbhai Shavak
• Receiver UPI ID: 9429370781@pthdfc
• Amount: ₹2,000
• Date & Time: 01/04/2025, 11:21 PM
• UPI Reference No.: 509152153478

It has now been over 7 months, and I have not received the refund or confirmation from 91 Club. I request you to kindly investigate this transaction and initiate a refund to my original payment method at the earliest.
