Dear Team,
This email is regarding the non-functional WiFi connection linked to contact number +91 7000557822. The connection has not been working since last week, and we have already raised a complaint through the MyJio portal. However, no resolution has been provided so far.
This issue is severely affecting our official work. Despite multiple attempts to contact your representatives for assistance, no one has visited the site, and our calls are now being ignored. This has been a highly disappointing experience with JioFiber.
If the issue is not resolved by today, we will be forced to discontinue the JioFiber service and switch to a different telecom provider. We will also be compelled to leave negative feedback regarding the service quality.
Furthermore, we will not be paying for the days the service was non-functional.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
