Hi everyone,
I’m posting here to seek advice and raise awareness about a serious issue with my Livpure water purifier service.
Summary of My Experience:
I first raised a complaint on 13th April 2025 for severe leakage, which caused water to flood across our kitchen and hall.
No response from Livpure for 3–4 days.
When a technician (Shantha Raju – 953593****) finally visited, he did not inspect the leakage at all — he simply replaced the sediment and carbon filters (and these replacements weren’t even updated in the Livpure app!).
Shockingly, the complaint was closed on 20th April without fixing the issue.
I raised another complaint on 20th April. The same technician visited again but the leakage problem continued that very night.
On 24th April, the technician revisited, still failed to fix it, and mentioned he would “adjust” old replaced parts under the new ticket — this feels like misrepresentation and possible malpractice.
Livpure customer care refused to register a fresh complaint, instead asked me to contact a supervisor (Anup) and dealer (Raghavendra) — both are unreachable despite many calls.
Now, we’ve turned off the purifier, leaving us without clean drinking water for the last few days.
Honestly, I have completely lost faith in their service system.
I am demanding:
Immediate visit by a senior technician (not the same person!).
Investigation into the technician’s conduct.
Proper update of all service records in the Livpure app.
Clear communication from a senior support executive.
If this issue is not resolved in the next 48 hours, I plan to:
File a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Authorities.
Share this entire experience publicly across social media and consumer grievance forums.
