Dear Flipkart Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment as a customer of Flipkart regarding a return and refund issue that remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.
On 16th March, I received an Indo Era Women Kurta and Palazzo Set Color: Pink Size: S Seller: ZenziorBrandTechnology with order ID -OD327531833302145100, Tracking ID- FMPP1591184387 that I ordered from Flipkart, but upon inspection, I found it to be of some size issues. Consequently, I promptly requested a return of the product. The pickup person arrived at my house at approximately 11:31 am on the same day and collected the item. However, much to my dismay, later in the evening at 8:38 pm, I received a message stating that there was a product mismatch. Please find attached Screenshots for your reference.
It is my understanding that after the pickup person took the item to the warehouse, it was scanned and for unknown reasons, it showed a mismatch. In such a scenario, I would have expected the delivery person to return the product back to me. Unfortunately, this did not happen, leaving me without the product itself or the refund.
Since 26th March, I have been diligently following up on this case, but every time I reach out for an update, I am informed that an investigation has been conducted and the product was not returned. This one-sided investigation raises serious concerns as I never received any communication from your team regarding the status of the pickup or the mismatch issue. The investigation should always be from both sides, hearing the issue of customers as well.
Lack of timely resolution and proper communication in this matter has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I have always relied on your services and expected a higher level of support. I have been speaking with the customer service team from last 2 months and everytime I am only given a new resolution date which never comes, this is like an mental torture to the customer and waste of his time and efforst. The entire scenario has caused a question on flipkart return policy.
Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention and intervention in resolving this issue. I expect a thorough investigation into the mishandling of the return process and a fair resolution, which includes either the retrieval of the product or a refund for its value. I also expect an action should be taken by flipkart against the delivery person due to which I am facing this mental harassment.
I believe in Flipkart’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will take prompt action to rectify this situation. I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of my case and a clear timeline for its resolution.
