I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for the ODA classes I enrolled in, due to significant issues with the quality of education provided. My initial complaint was submitted on April 8th, and despite numerous follow-up emails, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.
I have been in communication with your team member, Sharmila, who has repeatedly insisted on attending 10-minute classes as a prerequisite for processing my refund. This requirement is unreasonable and unprofessional, given the circumstances and the dissatisfaction with the services rendered.
To summarize the key points:

Reason for Refund Request: Poor quality of education, not meeting advertised standards

I kindly request that my refund be processed within the next seven (7) business days. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate this issue to relevant consumer protection authorities and consider other legal remedies.
Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for when I can expect the refund to be processed.
