Subject: Urgent: Grievance Regarding Non-Refund of Items and Incorrect Reference Number
Dear Myntra Customer Support,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the non-refund of two items (Indostreet embroidered indo fusion top with skirt and shrug- maroon color- Rs 2,239 and Indostreet embellished V-neck indo fusion top with maxi skirt and dupatta- black color- Rs 1,999)
from my recent order, which has been pending for more than 15 days.
The order was originally placed by making payment using my ICICI debit card on 13 Nov’23 (total amount of Rs 4,996 for 4 items). I have already received refund of Rs 379 and Rs 359 on 25th and 26th Nov’23 respectively but balance amounts of returned items- 1,999 and 2239 are still pending. You can track my account number- 9899060416 for these details. I want my refund details of these amounts..
I have also attached my Bank statement where it can be clearly seen tht the amount was deducted from my account but no refund has been received back in my account for these 2 products.
I have been patient in waiting for the refund, but the situation is aggravated by the fact that the reference number provided by your customer service executive is incorrect. This has left me in a state of confusion and frustration.
I request your immediate attention to rectify this matter. Kindly provide a comprehensive email reply detailing the exact refund amount, the date the refund was processed, and the correct reference number associated with the transaction so that I can share it further with my bank executive.
