am writing to formally escalate my grievance regarding the disconnection and billing issue with my Airtel AirFiber service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Airtel customer support, the issue remains unresolved. Details of the Complaint: Name: Harikrishna MJ Registered Email: harikrishna25405@gmail.com Mobile Number: 7338425213 Registered Telephone Number (RTN): 8951095791 Airtel Black ID: 10101019925380 Plan: Airtel Black 899 FWA 6M Plan Number of Connections: 2 I requested the disconnection of my Airtel AirFiber service one week prior, on June 19th, 2024, due to the insufficient data limit of 1TB per month. I also physically disconnected the device on the same day. Despite this, the service has not been disconnected, and I continue to be charged for the current billing cycle, despite not using the service. I have sent numerous emails and contacted Airtel customer support multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that my family and I have been loyal Airtel customers for 15 years. Issue Summary: Disconnection Request Ignored: Despite requesting disconnection on June 19th, 2024, the service is still active. Billing for Non-Usage: I am being charged for a service I am not using. Lack of Response: Numerous emails and calls have gone unanswered or unresolved. Im attaching screenshots
