Text of Complaint by Jebastin:

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention that a personal loan has been reported against my name/PAN in my Experian credit report, even though I have never applied for or taken any loan from Muthoot.

Details from the Credit Report:

Account Number: PLFLD079680

Loan Type: Personal Loan

PAN: CHVPJ1809C

Status: Written-off

Overdue/DPD: Extremely high DPD reported

I confirm that this loan does NOT belong to me. This appears to be a clear case of identity theft or PAN misuse.

I request you to:

Immediately investigate this fraudulent account

Provide the complete loan application details (KYC documents, phone number, address, IP/device used, etc.)

Remove this account from all credit bureaus (Experian, CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF)

Provide a written confirmation once the account is corrected

I am also raising a dispute with Experian and filing a cybercrime complaint regarding PAN misuse.

Kindly treat this matter as a high priority, as it is damaging my credit score and impacting my financial profile.
