Respected sir/ madam,
I booked one watch Tevise 695 stainless steel automatic men’s watch in snapdeal online company ( order id 30078282820) on 23rd july 2019 , i paid 2639 rupees and received package on 27th July 2019. after i opened package no item inside! immediately i complained as email to snapdeal company, company mail replied give me seven days we will refund you but after seven days no response. after i am searching snapdeal company customer care number in google i got this number 8250110586 i dialed this number he said i am snap deal customer care executive give me your bank register number i will send one link forward within 20 seconds. please forward to this numbers,,

my Sixty nine thousand five hundred rupees debited in my YES bank account, immediate i complaint given YES bank. (case number – CS080819010449)
This number show in google only. he is talking with me 40 minutes with call recording and i have package opening cctv video. and i have related documents everything.
I want my money back with punishable interest. please sir.
