Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this urgent complaint regarding a serious financial fraud and negligence by the online betting platform Parimatch, which has caused me heavy financial loss and mental distress.

Attempts to Resolve
I contacted Parimatch support several times with all transaction proofs.
They continue to delay or deny responsibility.
I also contacted Paytm Payments Bank (beneficiary bank) and HDFC Bank (my bank).
Both confirmed that the transaction was successfully settled to the beneficiary but no reversal or refund was initiated.
HDFC Bank has already raised a case with the beneficiary bank, but even after 16+ days, no update or refund has been received.
Paytm Payments Bank closed my complaint saying they have no role in this matter.

⚖️ Request for Immediate Legal and Financial Action
This is a clear and serious case of fraud and cheating under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, involving:
Failure to provide service after payment received
Non-refund of consumer funds
Deliberate mental harassment and negligence
I urgently request that the Consumer Affairs Department / Consumer Court take the following actions:
1. Initiate legal action against Parimatch for withholding consumer funds.
2. Trace and freeze the Paytm accounts used by Parimatch (mentioned above).
3. Order Parimatch to refund ₹22,196 immediately to my HDFC account.
4. Impose penalty for causing financial and emotional suffering.
