Dear Airtel Support Team,I am Sushant Kumar Mahapatra, a long-time customer of Airtel using the prepaid mobile number 9937068466. I am writing to raise a serious and long-standing issue regarding persistent call disconnections that I have been facing for the past 5 months.Despite raising multiple complaints, no effective resolution has been provided, and many of my complaints were closed without my confirmation. One such complaint is mentioned below for your reference:Complaint No.: USRST1EST20250701079764Date Lodged: 01 July 2025Executive: Pallvi (Customer Care)Today, I made repeated follow-ups through customer care. I spoke to executive Chandan, who disconnected the call twice while keeping it on hold. I was then able to reach senior executive Rajlaxmi after multiple attempts, who stated that the above complaint number is invalid and does not exist in the system. She once again gave a vague assurance to wait another 4 hours to a day, which has unfortunately become a pattern without results.This ongoing issue is affecting both my personal and professional life, especially during office conference calls where frequent call drops are highly disruptive and embarrassing.Despite paying for premium recharge plans, I am not receiving the service I am entitled to, and no responsible action is being taken. I find this highly frustrating and disappointing. If Airtel is unable to provide service, I expect a penalty or compensation for the service lapse.I request you to escalate this issue on top priority and provide a definitive resolution at the earliest. Please ensure that future complaints are not closed without my confirmation.I hope for a prompt response and a serious effort to resolve this issue.
