Dear Jio Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate my service request (Request ID: SR00002E6HCY) due to continued inaction and lack of response from your customer care team. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, and the engineer visit I scheduled has been completely ignored—no one has contacted me so far.

As I am working from home, stable internet connectivity is absolutely critical to my job. I have communicated the urgency of this matter several times, yet it appears my concerns are not being taken seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. This is unacceptable, and I urge you to treat this escalation with the urgency it deserves. Please ensure that my issue is addressed immediately and that an engineer visits my location at the earliest possible time.
