This is extremely frustrating.
My Jio AirFiber connection (Fixed Voice No: +2035927475) has been down from last 3 days and despite several attempts to raise complaints via the MyJio app and customer care number, no real help has been provided. The app only shows that an engineer will be assigned, but there is no follow-up, no call, and no update.
I received only an automated mail response (attached), which is of no use when the internet is essential in my household. I can’t wait indefinitely for your team to act at their convenience.
This level of service is unacceptable from a company like Jio. I request you to take immediate action and send an engineer by tomorrow without fail. If this continues, I will be forced to consider disconnecting the service and lodging a complaint with the consumer forum.
Kindly treat this mail as urgent and respond with a definitive solution and appointment timing.
