I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but recently the service has gone downhill. I’ve noticed a troubling trend where orders are marked as “delivered” but never actually show up. This seems like a deliberate tactic to make customers wait longer, only to push the delivery further out for “two more days.”

What’s worse is that Amazon Prime’s supposed fast delivery is a complete joke at this point. The delivery executives are using false IDs to mark orders as “out for delivery” when they’re actually off or on leave, just to trick customers into thinking their order is on the way.

And then, at the end of the day, they mark the order as “not locatable,” even though they never made an attempt to call or deliver. It’s clear that they’re doing this on purpose to delay the delivery, leaving us customers frustrated and without answers.

This isn’t the Amazon I used to trust. Beware if you’re relying on fast delivery – Amazon’s service has become unreliable and deceptive. It’s time they fix this issue, or I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
