We had opted for Airtel One Home Plan in September under which we were promised that we will be paying a consolidated bill which shall include 1 Broadband Connection, DTH connection, and 3 Postpaid numbers which will include one parent Number and Two Secondary numbers. A new Parent Number 7428630018 was issued and we were told that our 2 already existing Post Paid Numbers 9818044461 and 9899154591 will be bundled. In October month we received separate bills for our 2 secondary numbers 9818044461 and 9899154591 which were showing under the combined family plan instead of 1 airtel Plan. The executive told me that I had to pay the outstanding amount and then he will add both the numbers to the 1 airtel plan. It was not my fault however I paid expecting for the resolution. Then they bundled these Two numbers 9818044461 and 9899154591 in the 1 airtel Plan. This month I have received two separate bills despite the numbers being bundled in the month of October I am consistently following up with airtel since 1st December to get this resolved however that is of no Avail.

Today they have barred the services of 9899154591. Every time I call them they tell me that TAT is 72 Hours.I am continuously following these people since 1st December.
Awaiting Speedy resolution of my concern as I am now sick and tired of calling Airtel One home department and repeating my concern over and over again
