Dear Amazon Customer Service Team,
My name is Muhammad Imran, and I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a wrong product delivered against my Amazon order.
I placed an order on 05 December 2025 for the product:
Laptop Bottom Case Base Cover Black for Dell Inspiron 15 7557 / 5577 / 7559 Series
Compatible P/N: T9X28, 0T9X28, 621-1744-A00, 38AM9BCWI00 | B0DH4PNXCG (5574)
HSN: 8473
Order Value: ₹1,454.00
Seller: M.S. Infotech
Order Number: 403-3910088-0394768
The order was delivered on 13 December 2025, i.e., after 8 days. Upon opening the package to verify the contents, I was shocked to find that the product inside was an Asus speaker, which is completely unrelated to the item ordered. This is entirely unacceptable.
I immediately contacted the seller M.S. Infotech, and they acknowledged that the wrong product was sent from their end. I also informed Amazon customer service about this issue; however, no corrective action has been taken so far.
I have enclosed all necessary supporting documents and images of the wrong product as evidence of the incorrect delivery.
I now request Amazon to provide a clear and immediate remedy, either by:
Exchanging the product with the correct item, or
Refunding the full amount of ₹1,454.00.
Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to exercise my legal rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act. If appropriate action is not undertaken by Amazon, we will be compelled to approach the appropriate consumer court.
I request your immediate response via return email to resolve this matter at the earliest.
