Subject: Formal Complaint Against Imagine Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. Regarding Denied Warranty Claim for Boat Airdopes 131

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Imagine Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. regarding a warranty claim issue I have encountered with a recently purchased product, Boat Airdopes 131. The manner in which my warranty claim has been handled has left me greatly dissatisfied and prompted me to seek intervention from the consumer court.
I placed an order for Boat Airdopes 131 through Flipkart a few days ago, with high hopes of receiving a quality product. Unfortunately, I discovered that the side speaker sound was subpar, prompting me to initiate a warranty claim to rectify the issue. Your designated courier partner collected the product from me, and a thorough inspection was conducted in line with the stated warranty claim terms and conditions.
However, to my dismay, I received a communication stating that the warranty claim had been denied on the grounds of “physical damage.” I want to categorically state that the product was handed over in impeccable condition, and I possess photographic evidence that underscores its undamaged state.
This situation is deeply disconcerting, as it implies an inconsistency or error in your assessment process. I believe in the importance of transparent and fair business practices and am disheartened by the denial of my valid warranty claim. As a consumer, I have the right to a thorough evaluation of my concerns, which, unfortunately, was not upheld in this instance.
Given the circumstances, I am left with no alternative but to escalate this matter to the consumer court to seek a resolution that upholds my rights as a consumer. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate my case, reconsider the warranty claim, and provide a detailed explanation for the discrepancy between the product’s actual condition and the claim denial.
Please take this complaint seriously and treat it as an urgent matter, as it concerns the credibility and integrity of your brand’s business practices. I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe, failing which I will proceed with the legal process to protect my consumer rights.
