Dear Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my refund request. Despite submitting all the required documentation and fulfilling the necessary steps for the refund process, I have yet to receive any confirmation or resolution from excitel and it is now 90+ days and excitel policy for refund process within 60 days till the time there is no response from the excitel team
I initiated the refund request on 9MAY2023 for the ONU device it has now been 94days since the request was made, and I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and action.
This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and financial strain on my part. I expect better service and promptness from a company of your reputation.
I urge you to rectify this situation immediately and provide me with a confirmation of the refund process or a clear explanation for the delay.
Please treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to receiving a prompt response and resolution to this issue from your side please help me .
