I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on 23rd November 2025 through Nykaa Fashion. Despite the considerable time that has passed, my order has not yet been delivered.
I have contacted your customer service team multiple times, but I have been informed that the order cannot be canceled as it is from H&M. Furthermore, I was told that Nykaa Fashion is not taking any steps to coordinate with H&M to resolve this issue.
This lack of action and communication is highly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service expected from a reputed platform like Nykaa Fashion. As a customer, I should not be left without a resolution for an order placed nearly a month ago.
