Dear Consumer Complaints Court Team,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with my Jio mobile number [ 6203682394]. On [Date 18 November], at approximately 8:00 pm, my mobile number was inexplicably switched off, causing considerable inconvenience to both my personal and business activities.
I would like to highlight that I had an active plan recharge of ₹999 with a validity of 84 days on my number. However, upon visiting both the Jio Store and Jio Service Center in my locality to resolve this issue, I was shocked to discover that there was no record related to my number in their systems.
I have been a loyal customer of Jio since 2018, and such an abrupt and unexplained deactivation of my number is highly disconcerting. My mobile number is crucial for both personal and business communications, and its sudden deactivation has adversely affected my daily activities.
Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Jio customer service, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this matter. This lack of communication has only added to my frustration and confusion.
I kindly request the Consumer Complaints Court Team to intervene in this matter and help me understand the reasons behind the deactivation of my Jio number. Additionally, I seek your assistance in facilitating the prompt reactivation of my number, as it plays a vital role in both my personal and professional life.
I have attached relevant documents, including proof of my plan recharge and the identification details associated with my Jio number, for your reference.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that the Consumer Complaints Court Team will assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to ensure the reinstatement of my mobile number and the continuity of my services with Jio.
