Text of Complaint by Gnaneshwar Anugandula:

Dear Consumer Forum,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against NoBroker.in regarding their lack of response and service failure despite my payment.

I subscribed to NoBroker’s premium service by paying ₹4,010.82. However, I am now unable to log in to my account as the system repeatedly displays an “Incorrect OTP” error, even though I am entering the correct OTP. I have attempted to log in more than 20 times without success.

Additionally, I have made multiple attempts to contact NoBroker’s customer support, but my calls are either disconnected immediately or ignored. It appears that my number may have been blacklisted, and if so, I should at least be informed of the reason.

Given the complete lack of support and resolution from NoBroker, I demand a proper explanation and a full refund of my payment. Kindly take the necessary action to address this issue at the earliest.
