I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Jio Fiber. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, I have encountered numerous problems that have not been addressed satisfactorily.
. First Complaint (8th May 2024): I filed a complaint regarding issues with my Jio Fiber service on 8th May. Unfortunately, there was no resolution, and the complaint was closed without any technician visiting my premises. The reason given was “no one was available,” which is a completely baseless excuse.(SR00001XL8AB)
. Second Complaint (22nd May 2024): After receiving no support, I filed another complaint on 22nd May. Yet again, there has been no follow-up, no technician visit, and no resolution to my problem.(SR00001Y0MHX)
I have contacted Jio Care multiple times, but each call has proven to be futile. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and the poor service quality. This experience has been utterly disappointing, and I am left without any resolution to my ongoing issues.
Given the circumstances, I am demanding a full reimbursement for the lack of service and the inconvenience caused. I have lost trust in Jio Fiber and will not be recommending it to any of my friends or family. Your team’s inability to provide a satisfactory resolution is unacceptable.
I request that this matter be taken seriously and that immediate action be taken to resolve the issues. Please arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the problem at the earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I expect a prompt and effective resolution.
I am mentally harassed also my time waste, legal expenses.
