Dear Instamatch Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the sudden blocking of my Instamatch account after a successful withdrawal transaction.
My account details are as follows:

Account Holder Name: Mohammad Safwan
On 23 February 2026 at 04:11 AM, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹38,386 via bank transfer, which was marked as “Successful” in the transaction history (Order ID: 6713493W1771800106). However, shortly after this transaction, my account was blocked on 25 February around 12:00 PM without any clear explanation.
I have always tried to comply with the platform’s terms and conditions. I did not receive any prior warning, detailed violation notice, or proper clarification regarding the reason for blocking my account.
I respectfully request:
1. A clear and detailed explanation for.
blocking my account.
2. Confirmation whether this action is
related to KYC verification, security
review, or any specific alleged violation.
3. Immediate review and reinstatement of
my account.
4. Release and confirmation of my
legitimate withdrawal amount.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide me with a ticket number along with a clear timeline for resolution.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer complaint channels.
