Dear Jio Customer Support,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my JioFiber installation experience over the past three days. Despite completing my registration, KYC, and payment for AirFiber (Request No. LR00000WG8CH), the installation has not been completed at my location: Achuthapuram, Visakhapatnam – 530011.
A technician visited the premises and confirmed network signal availability but then demanded an additional ₹500, claiming it was necessary for installation. As this was supposed to be a free installation service, I did not provide the extra amount. Since then, I’ve been consistently following up with Mr. Karthik (Phone: 9391808439) from the Gajuwaka branch, but I’ve received no proper response or support.
This situation has caused me severe frustration and emotional distress. If installation cannot be completed without unethical demands, I request an immediate refund of my payment. My UPI ID is 8072444458@ybi, and I am attaching proof of payment for your reference.
