I participated in this contest with my team “RAVI BANDITS 587120”, and I scored 1,131.5 points. However, despite having a higher score, I received only ₹60 as my winnings. On the other hand, another participant with the team “Raj Winners 1503”, who scored 1,122.5 points, has been awarded ₹10 lakh as the prize.
I strongly believe that there has been an error in the prize allocation, and it seems that my rightful winnings have been mistakenly awarded to someone else. I kindly request you to review this issue at the earliest and rectify this mistake. If this is indeed an error, I urge you to credit the correct winnings to my account.
I have attached screenshots for your reference, which clearly show the difference in scores and the incorrect distribution of the winnings.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you for your time and assistance.
