Text of Complaint by Jyoti Sahu:

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding repeated delivery issues and lack of resolution from your support team.

Firstly, I had ordered India Gate Rice, but a different product was delivered instead. Despite multiple attempts to initiate a return, I was repeatedly directed to contact instamartsupport@swiggy.in, where I have yet to receive any resolution or meaningful response.

This is not the first instance of such negligence. Previously, I had ordered a Glass Jar Container Set of 4, but only 3 containers were delivered. Even after raising the issue, the missing item was neither replaced nor refunded.

These repeated lapses in service and the failure to resolve support tickets are unacceptable. I request that immediate action be taken to resolve both issues without further delay.
