I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding repeated delivery issues and lack of resolution from your support team.
Firstly, I had ordered India Gate Rice, but a different product was delivered instead. Despite multiple attempts to initiate a return, I was repeatedly directed to contact instamartsupport@swiggy.in, where I have yet to receive any resolution or meaningful response.
This is not the first instance of such negligence. Previously, I had ordered a Glass Jar Container Set of 4, but only 3 containers were delivered. Even after raising the issue, the missing item was neither replaced nor refunded.
These repeated lapses in service and the failure to resolve support tickets are unacceptable. I request that immediate action be taken to resolve both issues without further delay.

Today, we placed an order for three products, but we only received two. I raised this concern with the delivery person at the time of delivery. Your support team confirmed that a refund would be processed within six hours.
Six hours have now passed, and I have not yet received my refund or a replacement for the missing product.
Please process the refund as soon as possible
