Text of Complaint by Mayur Adikeshvalu Naidu:

Dear Respected Dignitaries of the Reserve Bank of India,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention my distressing experience with Ramfincorp (R K Bansal Finance Company) regarding my loan account. I kindly request you to review the attached trail of emails for a comprehensive understanding of my situation.
To summarize, I have taken a loan from Ramfincorp due to a family emergency and agreed to settle my existing loan with a total settlement amount of Rs. 39,000/-. As of now, I have paid Rs. 22,000/- towards this settlement. Unfortunately, I have lost both my parents, and my father-in-law, who is the only elderly person in my family, has been critically ill for the past few months (in death bed condition). This has placed me and my family, comprising my wife and son, under tremendous stress as I am the sole earning member. Currently, I am also in my notice period with my employer.
I would like to highlight that Ramfincorp has not been adhering to the guidelines set forth by the RBI. An executive from Ramfincorp has shared my personal information with my contacts, leading to harassment calls and messages directed towards my friends. I have attached a screenshot illustrating this issue.

Moreover, the recovery agents from Ramfincorp have displayed unprofessional conduct. I recently requested Mr. Amit Gupta, the Collection Head, for a final waiver to grant me additional time to pay my remaining EMI of Rs. 17,000/-. Despite my clear intentions to settle this amount, Mr. Gupta has not only refused my request but has also pressured me to pay the entire outstanding dues as reflected in the Ramfincorp app. This insistence has only added to my family’s distress.
The communication from Mr. Gupta today has left me and my family in an even more stressful situation, provoking negative thoughts and anxiety. I kindly request your intervention in this matter, as we feel helpless and overwhelmed.

Additionally, I continue to receive relentless calls from Ramfincorp, which adds to our distress. I have made it clear to Mr. Gupta that I intend to pay the remaining settlement amount (of Rs..17,000/-), yet I am not receiving any positive response.
I humbly ask for your assistance in addressing this issue and ensuring that I am treated fairly and with respect during this challenging time.
