I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an extremely
disappointing and unacceptable experience with Amazon’s delivery service
and customer support team.
Despite my repeated efforts to receive a product I ordered (Order ID:
407-0474849-6983560),(Order ID: 407-1739199-5860322), the assigned delivery
agent has failed to deliver the item and has exhibited unprofessional and
irresponsible behavior. The delivery was either marked incorrectly or never
attempted in good faith. Furthermore, when I tried to resolve this through
your customer service channels, I was met with responses that were not only
unhelpful but also appeared to blindly support the delivery agent without
verifying facts.
The customer support representatives I spoke with lacked both knowledge and
empathy regarding the issue. They were unable to provide a resolution,
effectively, and repeated scripted responses without addressing my specific
concerns.
This level of service from Amazon, a company known for its customer-centric
approach, is deeply disappointing.
I request immediate intervention on the following:
Investigation into the conduct of the delivery agent.
Re-attempt of the delivery or immediate processing of a replacement/refund.
Review and improvement of the customer support handling this case.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I am expecting a prompt resolution
and a formal response from your end.
