Order No.: NO00016WHMUC | Mobile: 8742986101

I booked Jio Home Service (Air Fibre + DTH) on 7th July 2025 and paid ₹3182 in full. The executive assured installation by next morning, but till now, no installation has been done. No update, no call, no message received. Order status still shows “Installation in Process”. I called customer care multiple times but got no proper response. If this is the service before installation, how can I trust it later? Either complete the installation immediately and share executive contact details or cancel my request and refund my money.
