I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Acer laptop I purchased from Vijay Sales. Despite multiple repairs, including a motherboard replacement, the laptop’s condition remains unchanged. As a computer science student, this prolonged process, now spanning two months, has severely impacted my academic responsibilities.
The laptop has undergone repairs for the 6th and 7th time, with your engineers acknowledging a persistent default in the device. Regrettably, neither a refund nor a replacement has been provided, despite the clear acknowledgment of the irreparable nature of the laptop.
I urge you to promptly address this matter, as it is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my academic and professional commitments. I expect a swift resolution to this issue, either through a full refund or the provision of a functional replacement laptop.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
When I ask to replace the laptop and provide me my refund they handed me the same laptop and claim that , it’s fine but laptop is still under the same condition.
Please take strictly action towards this cause I’m a student and I’m paying the EMI of a laptop which is completely dead.
