Text of Complaint by Poonam Rani:

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support provided by Jio. My internet connection has been frequently disconnecting for the past one month, and despite multiple complaints, your team has failed to resolve the issue.
We pay for a full month of service, but we are only getting a stable connection for barely half the time. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unfair.
To make matters worse, your technician visited my office and casually stated that the required devices are unavailable and will only be replaced after Holi. Should customers suffer because of your team’s inefficiency and unpreparedness? This reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer commitment.
I am losing valuable time and business due to this ongoing negligence. If the issue is not resolved by today, I demand an immediate disconnection of my service. If necessary, I will take legal action and escalate this matter to higher authorities.
