Hello

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my JioFiber connection, which has been down since today morning at 7 AM. Despite multiple calls to the customer care, my issue remains unresolved.

Additionally, during my interaction with the customer support executive, I was treated rudely, and the call was abruptly disconnected. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

While the standard turnaround time (TAT) for resolving such issues is 24 hours, I have been given a time slot 5 days from now, which is completely unreasonable. This prolonged delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I request urgent action to restore my internet connection immediately.

Please prioritize my request and expedite the resolution at the earliest. I expect a prompt response with a concrete solution to this matter.

Below is the mail from Jio for your reference and additionally i am also mentioning the detail.

“With reference to Service Request number SR00002DIKT8 for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +911135746128, we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 05-Jun-2025 between 12:30:00 – 13:30:00.”
