Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the installation process of my Jio Fiber connection and to report misconduct by your technicians.
Firstly, despite paying the Air Fiber booking fee of Rs. 1000 and recharging Rs. 6364.64 for activation, my Jio Fiber connection remains uninstalled. Technicians named Uday (contact number: 620156094) and Murlidhar (contact number: 9263821726) were involved in the installation process on 11/04/2024. They assured me that the installation would be completed promptly, but there has been no progress since then.
The Jio Box is currently lying without any connection, causing inconvenience. I urgently request either immediate completion of the installation or a refund of the amount paid.
Furthermore, I urge you to investigate the misconduct by Uday and Murlidhar and take appropriate disciplinary action. Their unprofessional behavior and failure to provide timely service reflect poorly on your company’s reputation.
If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer court.
I trust that you will prioritize this complaint and ensure a swift resolution.
