I recharged my bsnl number with Rupees 102 .The payment amount of Rupees 102 was deducted from my [Payment Method: Debit Card]. However, to my disappointment, the recharge has not been reflected in my mobile balance.
This is a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent website that deducted money from my account for a recharge but failed to deliver the promised recharge to my mobile number. I am seeking your immediate assistance in rectifying this matter and recovering the funds that were wrongfully taken from me.
