Hello Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my airtel fibernet connection with phone no. as mentioned in subject. I moved to a new location and placed a request for the shifting but the engineer took almost a week to shift the connection. Although your engineer came and shifted the connection from the earlier address the connection worked only for few hours and later it stopped working. He also charged me INR900 for the new modem which is provided free by airtel. Now, even after 10 days the connection is not working and my work is affected. Also, the engineer who came to do the service removed some Intercom cables in my apartment to lay the new fibernet cables causing problem to our society members. Please could you look in this and resolve the issue ASAP?
The engineers name are Shashi and Venki Gowda Uppar.
