Dear Jio Customer Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by your sales team in relation to my recent Jio Fiber installation request.
On Monday, 23rd October 2023, a Jio executive named Suresh (Contact: 8851766856) visited my home to process my Jio Fiber connection request. I paid the sum of Rs. 5240 through my credit card with the assurance that the installation would be completed on the same day.
Regrettably, the promised installation did not occur as expected, and there was a lack of clarity regarding the installation timeline. I reached out to the Jio Office in Dwarka Sector 13, where I met with Mr. Saurabh (Contact: 7827041852), who assured me that the installation would take place by Wednesday evening, 25th October, or at the latest by today, 26th October.
However, my attempts to contact both Saurabh and Suresh for updates on my installation have been in vain. Mr. Saurabh has even blocked my number, making it incredibly frustrating for me as a customer. It is disheartening to receive such treatment from a reputed brand like Jio.
I find it unacceptable that I had to pay in advance, yet I am left chasing after your team for the installation of the service I paid for. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a prompt resolution and installation of my Jio Fiber connection, as per the commitments made by your sales representatives.
I trust that Jio, as a well-known brand, will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly and improve the level of service provided to its customers.
I look forward to your swift response and resolution to this issue.
